Kindergarten – 3rd Grade Review Summer Camp
As summer approaches, the risk of the ‘summer slide’—a time when children can lose significant academic ground—looms large. This phenomenon impacts students’ readiness for the next school year and sets back classroom progress. Our Kindergarten through 3rd Grade Review Summer Camp is designed to counter this slide, ensuring your child enters the new school year with confidence and a solid academic foundation, ready to tackle new material. Designed by a licensed teacher, the AVLC Review Summer Camp reviews what student’s have already learned to ensure retention over the summer months. This engagement helps students maintain their educational momentum, reducing the typical review period at the start of the school year and allowing teachers—and students—to dive into new material sooner.
