Children often look to a school setting/employee as a safe space. It is SO important for us to create an environment for them to feel loved and respected while in our care. This cannot be done with employees who do not wish to stay long term or are looking for short term employment. It matters to us that rapport can be built and kept because the child is with a consistent adult.*
